I'm Macy Warr and I absolutely love what I do, and have been designing and sewing for over 40 years! My business is a passion and I also enjoy teaching others to sew. I also enjoy helping other designers by sketching their ideas and helping them with pattern making and sample pieces for development. I loved working with Macy! She did a beautiful job on my alterations, which included several pieces. I lost a lot of weight and had some favorite pieces that I did not want to donate or give away. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sewing Lessons are $60/hour. Generally, clients are up to 2 hours for the 1st lesson that'sgetting to know their machine. .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get commissioned for everything from alterations to bridal gowns, from baby quilts to accessories. I DON'T alter men's suits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
