I’m glad we chose Francisco for this job. It was a great experience from the beginning until the end. He was very communicative in telling us what we needed to complete the job, providing different design patterns for the tiles, and throughout his progress. He was very professional in arriving and getting the job done. After completing the work, he cleaned the area and the tile job looked amazing. I hope to work with him again! How do I select 10 stars? That's what I would give him if I could. He is pleasant, professional, punctual and just a good person. It was refreshing hiring a pro who is passionate and takes great pride in his work. He is meticulous with his craft. I am beyond pleased. I am already thinking of another project with him. He removed my dated sheet laminate floors and installed this lovely porcelain tile. I knew the end result would be beautiful based on the planning and prep work.
