He worked at our home for a good 5 hours with no breaks - he did the repair, tested to make sure it was operating properly and did not leave until the heat came up. He is fortunate indeed to have such an experienced and professional technician. From now on, we will specifically request this tech! The General Manager, David George, is another fine example of the way a business should be managed. We were waiting for parts that were ordered. He kept us informed every step of the way. He even sent space heaters over for us since we were without heat. This was professionalism and caring at its finest!"See more
