Sam was great at explaining all of the flooring options to me. They were able to install the same day as the quote. The installer was very kind and professional, they did a great job.

I wanted to replace a couple of rooms that had old carpets with new flooring. Sam was very thorough in explaining the entire process. He was willing to do multiple visits until we were comfortable with the investment. I had to postpone a couple of times, but Sam was very patient which I'm grateful for.
