Service calls are $60. Hourly rates are based on specific small tasks. Specialty services like carpentry, Electrical, plumbing, and hvac may be priced based on scope of work

You call me for your home repair needs and I am there with a consultation at my earliest convenience 💫

I am certified through EPA/HUD as a Rennovator, repairman, and painter.
