The young man answered me right away, was to my house provided moving services. Then came and removes all.my junk, he even patched holes in my wall and saved me a huge security deposit. He knows what's he's doing and he seems to care about his customers!

It is very disheartening that I have to leave such a poor review. He has a very kind, professional demeanor, but that does not match the work that was done. The first strike was that he was 4 1/2 hours late, to which he told me he would deduct travel time for. Secondly, I thought I was getting professional movers. But instead, it was just him and a 17 year old. I appreciate integrating the youth, but that is not worth $125 per hour, mind you he told me that he normally charges $150 an hour. That is the same rate that moving companies charge with a team of actual professional movers. It is important to mention that we did not move an entire home or even an apartment, just pieces of furniture. Four of which were large, the rest included smaller individual pieces and taking down 2 mounted TVs, it was supposed to be a third, but he was not able to get it down. Before hiring him, I sent him images of the pieces that I was most concerned about. I informed him that they were very large and old. Nonetheless, he reassured me that he could do it. I also asked if he could wrap the pieces, to which he said he would, and only wrapped two of them. But unfortunately, some of those pieces were damaged upon later inspection after he dropped them off to where they were going. Long story, he quoted that the job would take between 2 to 3 hours, and in total, it was about four hours due to driving an hour to the drop off destination. In total, I paid $500 for four hours, but it really should have been three hours if travel time was deducted, and even more should’ve been deducted being as late as he was. Mind you that is the same amount that I paid a different moving company to have three professional movers to move an entire home, which took the same amount of time. I would have canceled, but that was the only day I had available in my schedule, and I could not get any other movers on such short notice. Again, very polite and pleasant gentlemen. But unfortunately, with the job I had, that was not the main thing I was focused on, my focus was on the job being done appropriately and efficiently. For the amount that he charges, and the work that was done, I would highly recommend a different company.
