Each level of service has a list of what is included, along with pricing. My first appointment was for a deep-clean of my house, and the owner (Matt) came out to discuss everything, in order to provide a quote: we discussed dusting, sweeping, straightening up and mopping the living room, family room, kitchen, hallways, two bathrooms, laundry room (sweep and mop), two of four bedrooms, and a dining area (sweep and mop only), baseboards and general cleaning under the furniture. Before he keft, he verbally quoted me a price of $450. However, later that evening, he sebt me a quote for $495. I should have looked elsewhere, at that point, but went ahead and booked a deep-cleaning. For what paid, I expected a thorough job, but there were areas that were missed, such as dusting under the furniture, wiping down the bathroom cabinet (which had a thin film of body powder), a bathroom shelf that was missed, a kitchen countertop that was missed, only the outside of the fridge and dishwasher were cleaned; the inside of the refrigerator doors were still dirty (I already cleaned the inside of the fridge itself, but told them that the doors needed attention). The ceiling in the kitchen wasn't dusted well; I saw the same cobwebs. Underneath the furniture, it was still dusty (I discovered this out a few days later). I was really disappointed, especially since TWO cleaners worked on my house. I ended finding a different service via FB marketplace. So far, so good. This new service is owned by a young woman, who came out and did a really good job in only three hours, and even provides reorganization and de-cluttering services, which this company said they do not provide.

I’ve had some frustrating experiences with cleaning companies in the past, usually a lack of communication or just not delivering what was promised. But working with this team was a totally different experience. They were super easy to coordinate with, incredibly responsive, and just overall pleasant to deal with. After one visit, I already know I’ll be booking them on a regular basis. It’s such a relief to finally find a cleaning company I can count on
