Our cleaner was personable and did a decent job on the areas in which she cleaned - vacuuming under beds and furniture was lacking. We were hoping to have more of the upstairs cleaned, notably the living room and kitchen which needed the most cleaning as she was instructed, but our cleaner did not get to do those in time. There may have been miscommunication about the entire house being cleaned so she spent a majority of the day in the basement, which was not in need of major cleaning but she said she was scheduled to do it from management. She was 30 minutes late due to traffic.
