We needed a small repair done on our roof that we were planning on doing ourselves, but when my husband had to have emergency surgery we were left in a bind. Great Lakes Building Concepts was amazing. When I need more roof work done, they will be the first I call! We love our Military, so Military discounts are available 365! Great Lakes offers discounts to Seniors as well as other Occupational Discounts. We work hard with our Custom Manufacturers to get our clients the best deal possible for them!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A standard customer meeting with Great Lakes Building Concepts takes about 20 minutes to an hour and is done at the potential customers home. This allows us to get a thorough look at what is going on with your property to get you the real numbers, not a "ballpark" that results in additional fees during the process and higher cost in the end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 12 years experience in our field. Our crews are trained and certified through the manufacturer, as well as Great Lakes Building Concepts. In addition to being Fully Licensed, Bonded, and Insured, we are Lead Paint Certified, and only use energy star rated products.
