- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to price upon diagnosing the job to be onsite that way I can actually see what it all intels and I get to talk with my customer's to get more in depth of what is that they're looking and what I have offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get a thorough understanding of what the client is looking for is typically all I need to accomplish a job that is satisfactory.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of costumers and I haven't had not one complaint. The majority of my costumers are repeat or referred costumers.
