Unprofessional & Unethical ... I hired RAMZY from "Precision Climate Control" via Thumbtack for an AC issue. His diagnosis was vague and unreasonable—he pushed for full system replacement without proper justification. Despite paying a $100 service fee, he became aggressive and threatened me when I didn’t approve his overpriced estimate. Totally unprofessional. I strongly advise others to stay away.
