Great job. Dishwasher job was supposed to be a quick half hour job based on info I provided. But I had wrong parts and not so simple. Turned into three hours and he had to buy correct parts and he did not charge any extra. Was exactly on time and extremely nice. Would highly reccomend for any appliance need.

The High Pointe Representative provided professional service. He diagnosed the issue quickly, which the needed repair was minimal (removed shipping bolts and informed me the second appliance only needed a higher voltage outlet) that costed me $147…the diagnostic cost more than the repair ($20 to remove the bolts).
