- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and competitive pricing. No matter what your home improvement project may be, google can give you a rough idea. Keep in mind that the best price may not always be the best results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimates are not always free. With picture mail and text messages we can usually give you a rough idea on cost. Written estimates take time to produce, depending on the project size we may require a fee for itemized estimates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed builder. Accredited home inspector. Years of on the job training in both new home construction and renovating preexisting homes.
