I’m very pleased with the work that PBR Tile did on my shower. Pirro is very professional and talented. He takes pride in his work from complete shower tear out, to tile install. I am very flexible with the prices! I will work with the customer to reach and agreement that works for both sides.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For me it’s important to look at the space, talk to the customer regarding the design they have in mind, and give suggestions to make sure that the end product is what the customer was looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this job for 20 years now. I received an excellent training from a big company in Greece and also at the same time I took classes in a professional school for tile installers and repairs.
