Melissa made this super seamless and easy. From the point of contact to the day they arrived for the Lawn service, she effectively communicated with me and made sure I was in the loop of pricing, when the crew would arrive and throughout the service gave me a heads up on everything. She was also super nice which made it pleasant to do business with her. The crew arrived as promised and completed the service and did a great job.
