There were some bumps in the road with my moving process but honestly Erich was very through with communication and price. And he was very patient as well and in the end we got to the end result beautifully. 10/10 highly recommended.

Stood me up for 2 days, the second day he said he would come early morning and never came he stopped texting and answering the phone! 0 stars ! Oh and he will tell you to rate him even if he don’t service you!

Please ignore this review there is very little truth. I will post screenshots of our conversation. Deb canceled on ME originally at 4:20 then at 6 asked if I could come again and I wasn’t able to meet her time frame so she said never mind then at 8pm she asked me again to move her the next day at 9:30am I agreed. Unfortunately there was an emergency at my daughter school and had to tend to that. THE ONLY PART THAT IS TRUE IS I DID ASK FOR A REVIEW THE FIRST TIME SHE CANCELLED. reviews are important especially for a new company. She wrote this review out of anger and spite. She texted me and said “how do you like your review lol” with an emoji of a crying laughing. This is not how I conduct business but I can’t let slander ruin a reputation

I was stood up the day of my move. Very unprofessional situation. I was in communication with Erich and we scheduled a move for 9/30/2025. He told me more than once that he was running behind, but still on his way. I reached out for an update after not hearing from him. He never replied. He never showed up. He never apologized. I don’t know if he maybe overbooked himself, or if he found a better paying customer? Either way, I hope he’ll improve in the future, as this caused a major headache for me. I was flexible with my schedule for him, and in return I got ghosted.
