📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Graceful and Pristine Cleaning Solutions, LLC
Same-Day Cancellations: A $100 fee per scheduled cleaning technician will be charged for any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling Courtesy: If you reschedule your cleaning within 7 days of the original appointment, you will receive a $50 credit per scheduled technician toward your next cleaning service.
72-Hour Window: If a cancellation is made within 72 business hours of the appointment (but not same-day), a $50 fee per scheduled technician will apply.
Advance Notice: Cancellations made more than 72 business hours in advance incur no fee.
No-Shows: Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time will be treated as same day cancellation
