Great experience working with 2614 Appliance Repair. Prompt response to a request for service, came out the next day and accurately diagnosed the problem with a leaking fridge, ordered the part, and came back the next day and installed it. This is a number I’ll keep for any future appliance repairs that may be needed.

If I could give 100 stars I would. After a very stressful and anxiety ridden 6 days dealing with Lowes and their lack of customer care. I decided to use Thumbtack to hire a professional to install my gas oven. With in minutes of me submitting my work order 2614 Appliance Repair called me. I was told someone would be out today by 7 pm to help me and install my gas oven and that they were there to make this easy for me. I was sent a text when they were on the way. Arrival was prompt, installation went fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and had a wonderful personality. I was more then impressed with with how easy the install went. I now finally have peace of mind and can go back to cooking meals instead of eating out. I will 100% use 2614 Appliance Repair for all future appliance installs or repairs.

2614 appliance repair responded within minutes of my sending a request, which was a relief after calling multiple other appliance repair companies who just never bothered to call back or respond. They also set me up with an appointment the very next day! My dryer needed a new part and they ran out to get one and have it installed same day. Diagnostic fee goes towards labor if you hire. Feels like a good deal to me.
