Alex and Diane have absolutely killed it. They continue to get better and better each house and pet . I’ve personally seen them get the job done clean houses be there on time and go above and beyond with Customer Service and responsiveness their professionalism as out of this world.

Hey Laura, thank you for your comment, we value your feedback, and we always aim to provide the best service for our customers. Because there was a 59 mile commute, there was a travel fee included in the service which is 50 cents on the gallon per mile to travel to your household, pick up your dog, then go back to our facility, and then go back to your household to drop off your dog, hopefully you understand and keep this in mind in the future if you ever want to book with us.
