Ronny not only replaced the two locks, he was also able fixed two doors that were sticking and hard to lock and rekeyed all 3 outside doors to the same key. Very knowledgeable delivered high quality results.

He took care of my initial problem of the deadbolt hole being to small for my new deadbolt, and installed the deadbolt. Then he pointed out a couple of problems I hadn't yet noticed, since I'd hardly used the back door in the 10 years I lived in my house. But now since the placement of the new garage was going to increase my use of the back door by quite a bit, I would have certainly noticed within a very few weeks. One he was able to fix right away, and I'll take care of the other one shortly.

This morning at 4am, I decided to do something finally about my front door that would not lock. I put in a ticket here to get someone to come out. Ronny called me at about 7am and said he could come out right away to fix it. We settled on 8:30a since I wasn't home. Also, I wanted a fancy code entry box as well. Ronny came out and informed me that my door was not set quite right to do the box but he could fix it. I was happy that he informed me that he felt my door was good and didn't need to be replaced. I was thinking of doing that and it would have been much more expensive. He solved my door level problem and installed my new fancy keyless entry in about a half hour. He was kind especially to my cats that are obsessed with anyone who comes over. He was efficient and I am so happy with the finished product. There was no mess or stress. Thanks Ronny! If I ever need someone again or know someone that needs anything, I will definitely refer to you.
