Having everyone working from home during Covid shed light on the fact that we had a serious cable/wiring issue that resulted in weak and spotty wi-fi even though we live in the middle of a city. We tried every fix for YEARS, working with Xfinity, workplace IT support, homegrown troubleshooting and contacting numerous electricians who said that don't work with cable. :( Again at the end of my rope I reached out to Adam who responded very quickly with an optimistic attitude 'we can work with that!'. It was a huge relief to even get someone willing to come look and think that they could help. Even though I work from home I'm not available during most work-hours, Adam worked with narrow windows of time to get a feel for the project, was super respectful of the fact that I needed to get back to work and even, to complete the project, came to our house on a SUNDAY to do the work and not force me to take a vacation day. He did the job super cleanly, did what he described and promised and had quick turnaround on the billing and communication. I can't recommend him highly enough. Considering that we've been dealing with all the frustrations that come from crappy wi-fi, Adam really has been a lifesaver.
