Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify a few important points. There was no written agreement outlining a scope of work that included bed-making, organizing cabinets, drawers, or closets. Those are considered add-on services beyond a standard deep clean. Additionally, the scope of work changed once we arrived at the property. You pulled me aside and explained that your ex-girlfriend had been living there, that she was lazy, and that you had asked her to leave. You stated you wanted a “fresh start” and requested additional tasks beyond what was originally discussed. Our team also made every effort to return and complete any areas you felt were missed. However, due to the Labor Day weekend, there were conflicts in scheduling, which unfortunately caused a delay. We were and still are more than willing to come back and address the items in question to make things right. We value the opportunity you gave us and appreciate your business. While this experience clearly didn’t meet your expectations, our intention has always been to provide quality service and customer satisfaction.
