The price is 50$ for an unlock and he told me for 150$ he would install a new garage lock. I explained in detail what I needed I was locked out of my garage and needed a new lock to be installed he agreed to this and the price but when he got into the garage he changed the price the reason being that it took him 20 minutes longer than he thought or than a usual unlock takes him. So the new price is 150$ for an unlock and 150$ more to install a new lock. I didn’t want to pay an up charge so he told me he would do the install to at the original price but pay him upfront and call him later when I get the tools needed which I already had a new garage key he’s insisting I buy a new wire I paid the 150$ because I hate going back and forth and I know im being conned if the price were 150$ for an unlock from the start there would be no problem but when they are dealing with a single woman here comes the up charge and they want their money right then
