- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on the event, time needed to play and travel or if you need special music to be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is both easy and painless. I personally like a phone call with any potential client to find out about the occasion. Different events call for different approaches and if I can add a personal touch to yours, I always feel that's a bonus. After talking, I simply request a confirmation email with date, time, location and fees. Simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am also a music teacher as well as an on staff musician at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Both of these call that I stay up to date and in tune with the latest technology.
