I cannot express enough how much I appreciate Tevins expertise and customer service. I contacted home on Friday morning after noticing a burning smell coming from the dryer. He was able to visit my house during lunch and quickly identify the root cause of the smell. I needed a new fas coil, but according to an internet search, the fastest I could get one was in 10-13 days. Tevin managed to find a distributor over the weekend and returned on Monday, within one business day, to fix the dryer with a new part. I was impressed by the time and effort he invested to ensure I could use my dryer again as soon as possible. I learned that he can perform repairs and maintenance on all appliances, such as dryer, washer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. I will definitely call him again for future repairs!

I called "I Know a Guy" to fix our leaking dishwasher. Tevin was friendly, professional and punctual. Unfortunately, our problem was not fixable but Tevin assisted me in finding a solution to the best of his ability. Would certainly hire him again for future needs.
