Kitty Custodans did a great job cleaning my house. They were thorough in cleaning the areas I asked and completed the specific tasks I requested. Workers were professional, and they communicated well. They clean with non-toxic, pet safe products. Not only for pet safety but because I am chemical sensitive, this gave me a sense of peace to hire someone from outside that would clean to my standards and without toxic products, which is important to me.

Mary was my cleaner and she was very friendly and just an excellent cleaner. She asked questions about my preferences and was conscious about my allergies. My apartment has never looked cleaner. Even under the couch was sparkling. The entire experience was excellent. Impressive communication and a reasonable price. It was so good, I already have my next 6 months cleaning scheduled.

They are fabulous. This was the first time we have ever used pro cleaners for our home. As we started looking for the right cleaning service, it felt like other cleaning services just wanted to get in our home, probably because it's their best way to win the business. Kitty Custodian instead spent the time to find out what we needed, to explain what sets them apart from other cleaning services, and to help us decide whether they were a good match for us. That made more sense to me, so we hired them without hesitation, and I'm glad we did. Their initial deep clean was amazing! Everything looks great. Our kitchen in particular has never looked so good. They were excellent communicators, the cleaners are all very friendly and good with our little dog, and we are so happy Thumbtack led us to The Kitty Custodian!
