I used Thumbtack to find a locksmith for my new digs-literally hundreds of people had been through here during the showings and for repairs prior to taking possession of new house, so I wanted the locks changed ASAP. Steve Bechtold was among the locksmiths that replied to my Thumbtack inquiry and changed the locks before I had even completed my move in. I choseSteve because he replied within hours and had the job completed ON CHRISTMAS EVE and less than 24 hours after my inquiry. Steve arrived on time.The price he charged was very fair and he went out of his way to do a great job, even educating me on safety issues for my new place. I consider him my Christmas Eve miracle! Steve was great to work with. I needed a deadbolt installed and a knob set replaced. The turn around from when we connected over the phone and the install occurred was 24 hours. Very pleased.
