- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am most often sending your estimate and appointment details via *****. I will gladly view images of the work site in advance along with further details that explain the scope of work. This allows for a more accurate virtual consultations and estimation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As mentioned in my other Q&A answers I have grown up in the garden. My grandparents owned acres of property where we would roam, plant and explore. Now I am city living and here to assist with all your gardening needs. I am a student of horticulture and I have worked in the field for many years to perfect my techniques.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Getting down to the nitty-gritty of a project isn’t always easy, but that’s why I’m here to help. I always appreciate images of particular projects prior to scheduling to ensure that I am fit for the job with proper tools and budgeting. Here is some quick food for thought about your landscape. - Larger installations or plantings will require a down payment - Some weeding tasks aren’t as simple as you may think because certain weeds will persist without proper treatment. - Allowing a horticulturalist to take time and diagnose your landscapes issues. Will save you money in the long run. - Proper pruning of your trees and shrubs will ensure their health for years to come.
