I was a little worried when Dan said just send me some pictures instead of coming out. But he has a good eye and talked with me about what he saw to confirm and hear my need/concerns. When we got scheduled Dan stayed on top of the communication. When he arrived he confirmed what we discussed and got to it. He was here to repair what another handy man installed. He did a great job and did exactly (and a bit more) what he said he was going to do. I wish I found him first. I plan on using him again.
