I hired Beaver Foundation Repair (now Proven Foundation Solutions) last summer to fix the foundation of my almost 100-year-old Dible Tudor. A friend highly recommended Randy, he'd re-leveled her home a couple years prior. Still, not knowing much about foundations, I was nervous about the bidding process. I called Randy, he came out the next day and gave me a free estimate. Sounds odd in today's world but I felt I could trust him, he explained the issues and how his crew would solve them. Plus, he's been doing this in KC for 50 years and the work came with a 20-year transferable warranty. I did my due diligence and got a couple more quotes even though I'd kind of already decided. The other quotes were comparable in price but I prefer to keep it local with family-owned and operated so I went with Beaver/Proven. The work went smoothly and quickly and the crew was great. I've already shared their number and will continue to do so:)

Quick to respond and able to get the job taken care of within a week when all the other bigger companies were back backlogged and charged much more. Closer to 4 stars when it comes to professionalism and work quality of the actual guy that did the job but again, worth the savings and expediency.
