- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a premium service, which comes at a premium price. However, I always strive pack in a lot of value into every project such as a complimentary professional color consultation as well as post-project cleaning. I will answer your calls, texts, & emails. I only use quality materials that will last and allows me to guarantee color & sheen of every paint job. Above all you are also paying for peace of mind and quality craftsmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to meet face to face for an estimate for every customer. I like to ask questions to see exactly how I can meet their unique needs and wants. I feel it’s important for a customer to get acquainted with someone they will be trusting in and around their home. Estimates are free of charge.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently painted new kitchen cabinets for a client that remodeled their kitchen. They wanted the main cabinets pure white and the island to go a really nice dark gray. I love these projects because I get to see such an amazing transformation of the space just from paint going on the cabinets. It really pulls everything together. It took about 1 week start to finish. Cabinet painting requires a lot of prep and attention to detail but it really pays off.
