Reliant solutions cleaned and stained/sealed my deck. Rob was very responsive to my request, got back to me in a timely manner when scheduling and was able to come out and do the work well within my timeline. The deck looks fantastic! I’d absolutely use Rob again for any other work.

Rob came to the rescue when we were listing our house in Maryland. He was fast and thorough and seemed to drop everything to help us get our job done quickly for pictures to list our property. He fixed a deck and front porch, replaced horribly warped boards, broken boards, power washed and stained. All beautifully and in record time. We have curb appeal! So appreciative of his professionalism. Truly a great experience!

Wow;I am so impressed with Robert;He did such a great job and was so efficient;My house and deck look new again.He also put up my down spout which came apart and down quite a while ago.His rates are also excellent.Will use him in the future.

I chose reliant because they responded to my thumbtack request immediately with a reasonable quote. Rob Poole was extremely polite and was able to complete the house pressure washing within a few days. He came on time worked for about 2 hours and did an amazing job! We had mold/ mildew on our house and now it looks brand new! He went way beyond my expectations when he cloned on the roof area to clean the dormers, our entrance areas to the house and our roof under the deck area! Awesome job and I would highly recommend reliant!
