I am retired and looking to do this on a part-time basis. My specialty is replacing outside faucets, main shut off valve to the house, and pressure regulators. I can replace a standard 40 galloon gas hot water heater for $1,495 that is parts and labor. I’ve been doing construction and maintenance on apartments and houses for 40 years. I called Donald to do a toilet install for me. The old one had been broken for months and the plumber had told me it couldn’t be fixed. Within 5 minutes of Donald being here, he identified the problem with the toilet and taught me how to fix it, saving me both the cost of a new toilet and the install time/cost. He also helped me with several other fixes around the house while he was here, one of which I hadn’t bothered fixing because the cost of a plumber wasn’t worth it to me. Donald was able to do the repair for a fraction of what a plumber would have charged me. Can’t say enough good things about him and his integrity. I now plan to make him my first call for any repairs I need around the house.

Don was fantastic to work with. Gave me a quote $1,000 less than the competition over the phone for replacing our 34-year old water heater after having me send him a picture of it. He arrived mere hours later to complete the install. Professional, courteous, and a wealth of knowledge. He identified a few other plumbing issues without ti feeling like a sales tactic and was able to take care of most of them during the same visit.
