I'm offering CAD drafting, 3d Matterport Scanning, Surveying, and Engineering services. I'm currently employed at Bratcher Engineering (An MEP Consulting Firm) as the Building Information Manager. My job consists of surveying and identifying issues in commercial buildings, working with engineers to find solutions, and drafting CAD plans. I've got 10 years experience in the industry. Typically I charge 80/hr or do $.07 sqft fpr scanning. I can handle any home drawings and have access to any licensed architects and engineers if something needs to be signed and sealed. Guys were punctual and patient as we ran into a payment issue at the end! They were kind and quiet with their work. The only thing I noticed after the paint dried was quite a few spots on the ceiling that were missed or still need to be touched up. Other than that, the walls came out great!
