Joe and his team were amazing. I had an issue with my neighbor shooting into my property. He quickly provided a quote and scheduled me into the weekend for installation so that I would have a security system before my husband left on a trip. Joe with STLAlarm came to the rescue after the last tornado/severe thunderstorm knocked out our power and internet. Our business ended up with a blown Ethernet port on our router causing us to be without internet for 24+ hrs. Joe diagnosed the issue and recommended a much better router to suit our business needs and installed promptly. Great communication was a plus so I knew as a small business owner when he would show up, unlike the utility/bigger companies which give you a half-day window or keep you waiting on hold when you phone. Our new router also has remote capability so we are thrilled that in addition to monitoring our alarm system, he can also oversee our networking status . Thank you Joe!!
