We provide clear per person or per-package pricing. Pricing varies based on menu selections, service style (drop-off, full setup). We are always happy to walk you through pricing and help you build a menu that fits your vision and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting to know your event—whether it’s a corporate lunch, company event, backyard bash, or something totally unique. From there we discuss menu options and build a custom menu that fits your theme, guest count, and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience running a diner, food truck and catering business, all of which have sharpened my skills in menu design, event planning, and client service. I’ve built themed menus from scratch and developed systems that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I also stay current by attending food shows, collaborating with other chefs, and constantly testing new ideas. My Italian heritage gives me a strong foundation in flavor and hospitality, but I love blending tradition with bold, modern twists to fit any theme or crowd. Whether it’s a backyard bash or a corporate lunch, I bring creativity, organization, and a whole lot of heart to every event.
