Happy Cleaning was responsive and on time. That part wasn't the issue. My home was unfurnished and empty. However there were areas missed even though they told me upon arrival that they cleaned from top to bottom (inside of oven wasn't cleaned, fans missed, Shower didn't appear cleaned just seemed like they sprayed the shower with cleaner and wiped it quickly, other items missed too etc). It seemed like the house was just spot cleaned. I thought it was unprofessional that they told me in person how much Thumbtack charged them to connect with me, since I ended up hiring them anyways. That was a bit awkward.
