- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Blue Planet Plumbing shares pricing with its customers before any work is started. Once the parties understand what needs to be done and have agreed to the pricing the work is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our traditional mode of operation is to arrive at your residence, evaluate the issue and give a price to perform the work for our normal service fee of $29.00. We also offer no charge virtual assessments in which a time is set for one of our technicians to call you and go over the project with you. The technician will email you an estimate when the appointment is over.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a training company. We provide training from within our organization and hire outside consultants to help. We have a dedicated system driving our employees to deliver 5 star service. Our company also has over 90 years of licensed plumbing experience onboard.
