- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to my pricing as a DJ, I aim to provide transparent and flexible options to meet the unique needs of each customer. Here are some key points you should be aware of regarding my pricing: Variable Pricing: Prices start at $1000.00 factors such as event duration, location, equipment requirements, and additional services can influence the overall cost. This allows clients to choose the package that aligns with their preferences and budget. Additional Services and Equipment: Some packages may include extra services such as Floating in the Clouds, Cold Sparks, Co2 Jets, or additional sound equipment. If you have specific preferences or requirements, we can discuss how these elements may impact the overall pricing. Deposit and Booking Details: To secure my services for your event date, a 50% deposit is required. The deposit is to one paid in order to hold the date. Clear information about the payment schedule and methods will be provided during the booking process. Transparent Communication: I believe in open and honest communication. If you have any questions or concerns about the pricing structure, I am more than happy to discuss and clarify any details. My goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable with the services provided. Ultimately, my pricing structure is designed to offer flexibility and transparency, allowing clients to customize their experience based on their unique event requirements and budget constraints.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preliminary Discussion: A preliminary discussion takes place to understand the customer's vision, preferences, and specific requirements for the event. I may inquire about the expected number of guests, the style of music desired, any special announcements or requests, and the overall atmosphere the customer wants to create. Customization and Planning: Based on your preferences and event details, I will work collaboratively to customize the services to meet your specific needs. This may involve discussing playlist preferences, special announcements, lighting effects, and any other personalized elements. Contract and Deposit: Once the details are confirmed, I will provide a contract outlining the terms and conditions, including the agreed-upon services, pricing, and payment schedule. Continuous Communication: Throughout the planning process, the DJ maintains open communication with the customer, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Details such as finalizing playlists, coordinating with other vendors, and confirming logistics are discussed leading up to the event. Execution of Services: On the day of the event, I arrive 1.5-2 hours early early to set up equipment, conduct sound checks, and ensures everything is in order for a seamless performance. I also provide entertainment according to the agreed-upon plan, adjusting as necessary to accommodate any last-minute changes or requests.
