I grew up in plumbing business, worked for dad 30 years. Job experience if it has water, sewer or natural gas I can fix it! I have the same customer service attitude as Chick Fila. Customer service is all. But I also have found out you can’t please everyone, but I do try very hard.

We worked with Bicknell to switch the plumbing on our double bowl kitchen sink to a single bowl plumbing setup. I was quoted a great price from him in comparison to other competitors and was even told by bigger companies that this was something that even they could not do. Bicknell was able to figure out a setup for us and completed it with great quality. He was very responsive and worked us into his schedule as quickly as possible. Will definitely call him back out in the future!

Don was amazing! We described our plumbing issue (toilet water supply line was leaking) over the phone, sent him a picture, he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in less than 5 minutes after arriving! We were so happy to see it fixed so quick we asked him to look at another issue for us (slow leak in a shower head) and he diagnosed it on the spot and fixed it right up for us too. We highly recommend Don for your plumbing needs!
