- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and fair. I charge based on the type of work and the time required, not hidden fees. Before starting any job, I make sure the customer understands the estimated cost. I also offer: -Discounts for first-time customers -Reduced rates for repeat clients and larger projects My goal is to provide quality work at a reasonable price so you always know what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, I always start by discussing the task and their expectations. Then I provide a clear solution and an estimated cost. During the job, I keep communication open, explain what I’m doing, and make sure the work is completed carefully and on time. My goal is for the customer to feel confident and fully satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in home repair and maintenance. My skills include electrical work, plumbing, furniture assembly and installation, as well as both small and large household repairs. All of my knowledge comes from practical experience, which allows me to find simple and reliable solutions for a wide variety of tasks.
