Best experience I’ve had with a home repair/update. Chris and Insulation Magic are amazing. Came over, identified the project, walked me through every step and gave me a comprehensive quote. Late that night I made a discovery in the attic that was out of scope. But Chris answered me with a game plan seamlessly kept the ball moving. He did an amazing job, going above and beyond any expectations I had. Very professional and a huge upgrade to the longevity of the house. The difference is staggering. Wish I called him sooner. 10/10, will be calling him for all my sealing and insulating needs.

Chris was excellent to work with. He responded on Thumbtack right away and set up a consultation within days. I needed all new insulation in my attic and in several knee walls (a term he taught me, actually…), and he was very thorough in explaining the process. He and his team were very punctual and professional, did the work quickly and cleaned up super well after themselves. I only got the one quote, so I don’t know how the pricing compares, but it seemed very fair to me. Two thumbs up!!

I found Insulation Magic through an online search and am so glad I did! I needed to add insulation to the attic and insulate the crawlspace of a 1950’s home. Chris did an EXCELLENT job and embodies the meaning of excellent customer service and professionalism. Chris did a great job of communicating his recommendation and why, the project timeline, and showed up on time. Did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed and left the property in better condition than he found it. I have worked with many contractors and tradesmen over the years and Chris is one of the most professional I’ve worked with by far. Furthermore, the price was very competitive.
