I recently worked with Upscale Experts Moving LLC to move my piano from Charlotte, NC, to Greenville, SC, and the whole experience was absolutely outstanding. Winston and his team were phenomenal—punctual, professional, and so easy to work with. What really amazed me was how quickly they responded when I mentioned I needed to have my aunt’s old piano picked up and disposed of. Winston arranged it within about seven minutes of our conversation. Winston and his team took care of removing that piano for us seamlessly, and then proceeded with the main move. In addition, I had a gift bag with valuable items for Regina, and Winston made sure to keep it safe and deliver it personally. Even though I couldn’t be there, he kept in touch with me and my sister Diana every step of the way, making sure we knew exactly when they picked up, when they arrived, and that everything went perfectly. From my experience to Regina’s and even Diana’s, who’s already recommended them to a friend, it’s clear that Upscale Experts Moving LLC sets the bar high.
