John has his Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering. Collin has his Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Both John and Collin have their Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure in various states including North and South Carolina and Ohio.

John & Collin are great to work with! 1. They were super understanding of my need to reschedule 2x in a row. Thank you for that. Next- when they came out for the site visit they were able to help me identify the load bearing walls in my house and also additionally offered other routes I could take without having to remove the walls / areas in question. In the end I decided not to have the walls removed and didn’t require any beam specs, however I have another project that CHM will be working on and I am grateful for their time 🙏🏽 thank you guys

John and Collin conducted a site visit to my home for a consultation regarding my detached garage. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. In the end, my project did not require an engineering approval letter, but I would definitely use them for any future needs for structural engineering services.

I am a Realtor and had the sellers listing. The home inspector found 2 areas of structural concern. The buyers asked that these be addressed and a report issued by a Certified Structural Engineer. John Cagle was referred by a general contractor friend of mine. John and his associate did an excellent job showing our carpenter the path to take to properly correct the prior owners alterations. They returned post repairs and checked it and issued the necessary report. I will use John Cagle again absolutely. You will be well served to work with him as well should a need arise.
