I wish I could have chosen all five descriptions of our experience with Inna and not just three because value and punctuality would have been checked as well! They did an amazing job of a sofa used to having pets on it and then sat in storage for over a year. Once completed, they made sure we understood everything we needed to do to make sure it was dried well and said if we smelled anything of the pet odor they removed the following day to call and let her know. Also of note, I contacted them on a late Saturday afternoon and they were able to be there on Sunday!! We could not have appreciated that more because we were moving in that day and didn’t realize how badly it needed cleaned!
They do not just clean furniture, they clean rugs and carpets as well. I would highly recommend this small business and family!! Great work and very kind!
