Triangle Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job on my home. They removed a lot of pet and kid stains out of the carpet. Our home looked and smelled new!

It’s been 6 hours and it’s currently drying, but you can see the line where it will be a drying mark. It may be the material of the couch but I can’t really tell a difference. There are some dirty sports on the arms of the chairs that you can see as well in the photos. My ottoman wasn’t so bad since I hardly use it. My pillows usually stay on it so know one sits there you can tell by the color. Which is also supposed to be the color of the couch. I feel as if there were any concerns about the fabric not coming clean upon arrival it would’ve been good to let me know. Also speaking of arrival, a young lady called saying they would be coming at 2pm because they ran into some issues on the call before mine. And my appointment was at 1pm. I cancelled my blood work appointment at 2:30 pm to accommodate the new time. I then get a knock on the door at 1 pm. The lady did not call me and make me aware that they were now coming at 1 pm. I was going to go out and run and quick errand. But I can’t see a difference , just some spots here and there that are lighter. I was thinking about canceling the appointment the day before because I was already frustrated with the young lady stating that funds would be taken out the day of service and half of it was taken out the day before so I had lost some trust and also with the she kept calling my phone a lot. I had originally did everything online, then she called asking for credit card information. I asked could she sent over an invoice so I could pay it online being that I was at work and had already gotten up twice to talk to her. Thats when she stated the money is due day of service. It should’ve been communicated when, and if she didn’t know she could’ve found out between the multiple times she called. I was told that I cancellations must be made 2 days prior as stated in the guidelines and when you click on the link for the guidelines you don’t access to review them.
