Roberto did a wonderful job deconstructing my rotting upper level deck and stairs. He found issues that no other contractor pointed out but were necessary. He was responsive to messages, showed up when he said he would, communicated about issues that were found, built a sturdier deck/railing than was there prior, cleaned up meticulously and charged a reasonable rate. He was also the only contractor who itemized the invoice. I would highly recommend him and his team.
