About
I have taken care of and owned all kinds of animals, from dogs and cats to snakes and lizards. I started WC pet care because as a fellow pet owner, I realized how hard it was to find someone who truly prioritizes quality. My end goal is to ensure you can have peace of mind, and know that your pet is in safe hands. To do this, it takes more effort and time, but ultimately is worth it; because getting to see those tail wags and happy faces every day is priceless.

Caleb was fantastic to work with. He watched our two pups, ages 3 and 15, and took excellent care of them. He made sure they took their meds as they each have special health needs. He communicated promptly and the services had a great value. He always sent pictures when he would walk them to keep us updated. His business partner William was also very helpful and it was comforting to know that Caleb had a backup and extra set of hands just in case. I would highly recommend WC Pet Care!

Details: Dog • 2 pets • Giving food and water • Taking pet outside • Providing companionship • Providing exercise • Dispensing medication • Overnight visit (10-12 hours) • Once in total • At the pro’s location • My home, venue, etc.

Caleb did an outstanding job taking care of my elderly, deaf, and blind dog. He’s a strong communicator (fast response to texts, sent pics of my dog regularly) and was always on time. I fully trust him to be in my home and take care of Fi! 5+ stars!

Details: Dog • 1 pet • Giving food and water • I'm flexible • My home, venue, etc.

Everytime Caleb and William come to walk my two dogs, or to watch them and my cat while we are away, I know there in safe hands. It brings me peace knowing that the people watching my dogs are truly passionate and love them just as much as I do!

First did not show for first appt..They stated they sent a message and it didn't go through. Then I agreed to try again at a time he set..Then he sent an email 40 minutes before meeting stating he was too busy at this time. Would appreciated a more honest reply..Like maybe this job is not for me I feel like he drove by my house and it was not an upper class neighborhood and didn't feel it was worth his time..Seems unreliable!!!

Details: Cat • 5 pets • Giving food and water • Changing litter or bedding • Dispensing medication • I'm flexible • Two times a day • My home, venue, etc.

WC Pet Care's reply
Hello, Cindy. We appreciate the feedback. Since we are a very small team, we can only take on so many clients at once. We strive to give the most attention and care to each client’s needs. This often means we have to turn down new jobs in order to ensure we don’t spread ourselves thin. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused you.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I will typically meet for a free consultation. Here the customer will show us all that we need to do and what specific needs there pet has. Then, we simply confirm and make sure we are on the same page with everything (dates, pricing, etc.), and book a date and time!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have grown up with pets my whole life. For many years, I took care of and walked my neighbors and friends pets. I always really enjoyed it, but I never thought to make a business out of it until now. To say I love working with dogs and all kinds of pets, would be an understatement.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say find someone trustworthy, and in addition find someone who really cares. Someone who truly loves pets is going to provide higher quality (safety and comfort) for your pets than anyone just trying to make money from it.
