- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First and foremost, consider our bundle service discount of 10% off when combining 2 or more services. This is the best way to get great service while saving money. As a home service company, we can provide pricing over the phone, through email and by coming on-site. Obviously all homes, gutters, and windows are different. Looking at a standard 2500 sq.ft. home, a standard gutter cleaning could cost $150-$200, house washing could cost $250-$350, window cleaning could cost $300-$500. Window cleaning pricing differs more based on if the windows are standard double-hung windows, single pane windows, gridded windows, and size of windows. In some cases, an on-site quote is the best way to get an accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a lead from a new customer, we determine if we can provide immediate pricing by looking online. If not, we schedule an on-site quote in order to provide exact pricing. From there we can schedule the job. We always communicate through email confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups as well as send alerts when we are on the way to quotes and jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trade doesn't have any specific licenses, but we are constantly researching innovative ways our industry is growing and adapting so that we can be providing the best cleaning with the best equipment. All technicians are thoroughly trained. We attend the annual IWCA and PWCA (pressure washing and window cleaning conferences) in order to stay up to date on new equipment and techniques to make sure we can do out work safely and with the highest quality.
