Luiz and team did a brilliant job at our house!! We had damaged floors and carpets that needed to be replaced covering about 1800 sq ft. The damaged wood floors were glued horribly to the floor so pulling them out became quite a task. Luiz and team solved all the problems and did a thorough and classy job. The choices of LVP floors were also very high quality. I would definitely recommend Luiz and GoldenGem for any floor replacement work. I am planning to use him for installing floors for my 2nd floor as well. That should tell you how happy I am with his work. If you get his availability, give him the job of replacing your floors, you will not regret it.

GoldenGem Wood Flooring LLc made my home look like a brand new home. I requested LVP flooring through out my entire home. The price I was offered was unbeatable price.
